Everything you need to train smarter

A free workout tracker for Android and the web, built for lifters who want fast, focused logging that works without an internet connection.

Log Every Set in Real Time

Track weighted, bodyweight, and timed exercises with a single tap. Built-in rest timer with auto-start keeps you on pace between sets.

Automatic PR Detection

The app detects new personal records for weight, reps, estimated one-rep max, and duration — then celebrates with you.

Workout Templates

Start with built-in Push, Pull, Legs, and Core templates or create your own. One tap to begin a structured session with target weights and reps pre-filled.

Progress Charts and Analytics

Visualize strength gains with charts for best weight, estimated one-rep max, and total volume. See weekly and monthly summaries with muscle group breakdowns.

Badges and Achievements

Earn monthly badges for consistency, volume, and workout streaks. Unlock milestone achievements as you hit 25, 50, and 100 workouts.

Body Measurements

Track weight, chest, waist, hips, thighs, and biceps over time. See trends alongside your training progress in one place.

300+ Exercise Library

Browse over 300 exercises by muscle group or filter by equipment — barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, kettlebell, or bodyweight. Add your own custom exercises.

Share Workouts as Images

Export your workout summary as an Instagram Stories-ready image, or share a link that anyone can open without installing the app.

Mood and Effort Tracking

Rate how you felt after each session. Log your perceived effort on a 1–10 scale to spot trends between recovery and performance.

Export and Back Up Your Data

Export your full workout history as JSON or CSV. Import it back anytime. Your data is yours — no account, no lock-in.

Works Completely Offline

Everything runs on your device. No sign-up, no cloud sync, no internet connection needed. Open the app and start training.

Workout Reminders

Set reminders for the days and time you train. The app nudges you if you haven't logged a session yet that day.

See your progress, not just your workouts

Logged tracks more than sets and reps. It shows you how your strength, volume, and body are changing over time — so you know your training is working.

Body measurements

Track weight, chest, waist, hips, thighs, and biceps. Spot trends that the scale alone can't show you.

Earn badges for showing up

Monthly badges
Twelve recurring badges that reset each month. Hit 12 workouts, log 200 sets, rack up 8 hours of training time, or maintain a workout every week of the month. Progress bars show how close you are.
Milestone badges
One-time achievements for career landmarks. Complete your first workout, hit 25, 50, and 100 sessions. Earn 20 and 40 personal records. Use 10 and 50 different exercises. Maintain a 7-day streak.
Progress tracking
Every locked badge shows a progress bar so you can see exactly how close you are. Earned badges display the date you unlocked them.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Logged, the free offline workout tracker for Android and the web.

Is Logged really free?
Yes. Logged is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no paywalls. Every feature is available from the moment you install it.
Does Logged work without an internet connection?
Yes. Logged is an offline-first app. All your workout data is stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage. You never need an internet connection to log workouts, view your history, or check your progress.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login. Open the app and start tracking. Your data stays on your device.
What types of exercises can I track?
Logged supports three exercise types: weighted exercises (barbell bench press, dumbbell curls), bodyweight exercises (pull-ups, dips), and timed exercises (plank, treadmill). The built-in library includes over 300 exercises, and you can add your own.
How does personal record detection work?
Every time you log a set, Logged compares it against your history for that exercise. It tracks four types of records: best weight, best reps, best estimated one-rep max, and longest duration. When you beat a previous record, the app notifies you immediately.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes. You can export your entire workout history as a JSON file or a CSV spreadsheet. You can also import a previously exported JSON backup to restore your data or transfer it to another device.
What workout templates are included?
Logged comes with four built-in templates: Push, Pull, Legs, and Core. Each template includes a set of exercises with target sets, reps, and weights. You can also create your own templates or save any completed workout as a new template.
What platforms does Logged run on?
Logged is available on Android through the Google Play Store and works in any modern web browser as a progressive web app. An iOS app is not available at this time, but you can use it through Safari on your iPhone.
